SSL Sectigo / Comodo วิธีลง Cross-Sign Certificate ใน Windows Platform (IIS) / Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46 ( RSA )

คุณลูกค้าที่ใช้งาน SSL Certificate ยี่ห้อ Comodo/Sectigo และพบปัญหาการใช้งานกับอุปกรณ์ , Device เวอร์ชั่นเก่า
สามารถดำเนินการแก้ไขได้โดยการติดตั้งCross-Sign Certificate ที่ Windows Platform (IIS) ดังนี้

Windows Server > กดปุ่ม Win +R ที่ Keyborad > เปิด mmc.exe

1. File > Add > เพิ่มทั้ง My user account และ Computer account
2. ไปยัง Certificates (Local Computer) > Trusted Root Certificate Authorities > Certificates
3. ทำการ Backup > คลิกขวา Export Certificate > (Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46 -ฉบับ Self Signed Certificate )
4. ทำการ Delete ( Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46 -ฉบับ Self Signed Certificate )
5. ทำการ Import Cross Signed certificate ( Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46 )
   โหลดได้จาก https://crt.sh/?d=11405654893
6. ทำการ Restart IIS Service
